Events Calendar

The ASI Programming Board is charged with developing, creating and implementing student-focused events to support ASI and the ASI President’s programming vision. The events produced by the ASI Programming Board vary, but encompass social, cultural and educational genres. The ASI Programming Board also supports and produces several campus-wide events such as Week of Welcome, Homecoming, and Farmers Market. Under the supervision of the Chief Programming Officer and advised by the Programs Manager, the ASI Programming Board seeks to enhance the college experience for all CSULB students.

USU Program Council is a non-profit organization within the University Student Union at California State University, Long Beach. This student based organization provides a balanced variety of activities such as visual and performing arts, films, lectures, social events, comedy and novelty acts which are diverse, entertaining, and educational.

USU Program Council maintains a standard of high quality events within the University Student Union (USU) to enhance the collegiate experience of all students on campus. The council is comprised of students from all across campus who work hard to plan and execute a large variety of programming events.

USU Program Council provides the opportunity for students to gain experience in leadership, event planning, time management, professional development and networking opportunities within the campus and community. The Program Council meetings are open to all CSULB students and are held Fridays at 11 AM in USU Room 306.
