WEEK OF WELCOME
An ASI Info Day kicks off Week of Welcome each year with an event that brings together each facet of the Associated Students, Inc. to inform students on the organization. The rest of the week is filled with Student Organization Fairs and more activities. Week of Welcome occurs in the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters.
This exciting event usually wraps up the fall semester Week of Welcome and features all-night free billiards, bowling, games, interactive activities, performances and more. More than 3,000 students attend annually.
EARTH WEEK/ECO WEEK
These weeks are dedicated to events that educate students about the importance of sustainable and green living. Eco Week is typically held in the fall, whereas Earth Week is held in the Spring to coincide with Earth Day.
BEACH PRIDE POOL SIDE
Each semester students are treated to Beach Pride Poolside during lunchtime. A chance for students to show their Beach Pride and take a dip in the Student Recreation & Wellness Center pool while winning prizes and engaging in activities is the perfect way to blow off steam between classes.
DISABILITY AWARENESS DAYS
The ASI Secretary for Disability Affairs teams up the Disables Student Services (DSS) and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) to put on events that educate students about disabilities with panel discussions, an awarenss fair and other activities.
