The inclusive program caters to the diverse student population by offering adaptive equipment throughout the facility as well as many program offerings which include: goal ball, wheelchair basketball, no barriers climbing, dark climbing and self- defense. Beach Balance

Beach Balance has an office both in the SRWC and University Student Union. The program aims to promote personal well-being, from a holistic approach, by empowering members of the Long Beach State community to make healthy lifestyle choices. Various educational opportunities are offered through Beach Balance, including programs about nutrition, stress management, biofeedback, and overall health education. Rock and Outdoor Adventure

The Rock and Outdoor Adventure (ROA) program is here to provide the campus community the opportunity to participate in indoor rock climbing and other outdoor recreational opportunities that enhance the quality of life through mental, social, and physical wellness. Additionally, ROAs equipment rental program provides members with many low-cost materials needed for their next outdoor excursion!
