Sustain U’s Pass the Plate series brings together comfort food and sustainability with a cooking demonstration featuring Vegetarian Lasagna Soup. This plant-based twist on a classic favorite transforms traditional lasagna flavors into a simple, hearty one-pot meal that’s both nourishing and easy to make.

During the session, participants will learn how choosing vegetarian alternatives can help reduce their carbon footprint while still delivering rich flavor and satisfying meals. The demonstration will highlight practical tips for preparing plant-based dishes that are accessible, affordable and perfect for sharing with friends or family.
