Summer Wellness Program 2026

Date

Location

SRWC

Time

All Day

Description

Stay active, stay consistent and make the most of your summer with the SRWC's Summer Wellness Program.

Beginning June 1, alumni, faculty and staff are invited to take part in this free summer challenge designed to build healthy habits and keep you moving all season long. The goal is simple: complete at least 25 visits to the SRWC, with each visit including a minimum of 30 minutes of wellness activity.

Each visit earns one point when you scan your member ID at the front desk before exiting the facility. Participants who reach 25 points will receive a finisher prize and be entered into an opportunity drawing for a chance to win one of two annual SRWC memberships.

How it works:

  • Complete at least 30 minutes of a workout or wellness activity per visit
  • Scan your member ID at the front desk to earn 1 point per day
  • Earn up to 5 points per week (Sunday through Saturday)
  • Reach 25 total points to complete the program

Sign-Up Information:
Registration begins June 1 at the SRWC front desk.

Track Your Progress:
Participants can monitor their points through the SRWC GO portal under "Multi Visit Passes," or check in with the front desk.

This program is FREE and open to all eligible SRWC alumni, faculty and staff members.
