Get ready to kick off the fall semester with a glow-up! Join the Beach Balance team at the Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC) Entry Plaza for Wellness at the Beach, our ultimate festival-inspired wellness event designed to help you recharge and connect with your campus community.

Whether you're looking to de-stress, get creative or just hang out with friends, we've got a space waiting for you! Swing by from 3 to 5 p.m. to explore our immersive wellness pop-ups:

  • Magic Lamp: Sip on refreshing iced tea while you wait for your personal tarot card reading.
  • Studio 49: Unleash your inner artist with rock painting and mindful coloring books.
  • Pawn Shop: Get crafty and create your own custom friendship bracelets.
  • Speakeasy: Grab a wellness shot or a mocktail and hit the floor! Join us for a hip-hop dance class at 3:30 p.m. or a shuffling dance class at 4:30 p.m.
  • Salon: Add a splash of color to your day with self-serve hair chalk, hairspray, tinsel and nail decals.
  • Casino: Step into our game café for some friendly competition and relaxation.
  • Spa: Take a load off and enjoy a complimentary session in our massage chairs.

Plus, enjoy FREE snacks and opportunity drawings to win AWESOME prizes, including two one-hour massage certificates, a massage gun, an InBody Scan and a Bluetooth speaker!
