Aches and pain in your back or neck? Find out how to release persistent muscle tension and achieve better posture by attending this class! This session is titled, "Strength Training for Better Posture." Join us for a posture correction workout to strengthen your back and core muscles!

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats and bands.
