The Women of Color Leadership Conference: Blossoming Beyond Barriers is a dynamic, student-centered space created for growth, connection and leadership development. Rooted in empowerment and community, this conference invites students to explore their voices, build confidence and step into their potential—both inside and beyond the classroom.

Through uplifting sessions and honest conversations, participants will reflect on real challenges, navigate self-doubt, and learn strategies for resilience, self-advocacy, and personal success. This conference celebrates lived experiences while emphasizing the power of collective support in shaping academic, professional, and personal journeys.

What to Expect:

  • Grounding and community-building sessions led by campus leaders and faculty
  • Conversations on leadership, impostor syndrome, and life beyond college
  • Empowerment and wellness discussions focused on healing, hope, and self-growth
  • Interactive activities centered on reflection, manifestation, and vision-building
