Description

Build strength, improve flexibility and get personalized coaching with the SRWC's fall instructional classes! Led by trained fitness professionals, these small-group classes offer focused instruction to help you develop your skills and feel more confident in your movements.

Instructional classes are available exclusively to SRWC members for an additional fee. Register through the FusionGo app.

Registration

  • Session One: Registration opens Sept. 29 at 8 a.m.
  • Session Two: Registration opens Nov. 3 at 8 a.m.

Pilates Reformer

Add a new challenge to your fitness routine with Pilates Reformer! Using spring resistance, this class helps strengthen your body while improving flexibility, posture and balance. With a limited number of participants, you'll receive focused coaching as you learn and refine each movement.

Non-slip socks are required.

Session One

Dates: Oct. 13 to Nov. 13

Times: Tuesdays, 4 to 5 p.m. or 5 to 6 p.m.; Fridays, 8 to 9 a.m. or 9 to 10 a.m.

Location: Fitness Room B

Cost: $47.50 for students; $50 for nonstudent SRWC members per five-class session

Dates: Nov. 17 to Dec. 15

Times: Tuesdays, 4 to 5 p.m. or 5 to 6 p.m.
