The ASI Big Event is BACK in person at Long Beach State! This year, ASI is proud to present ASI Big Event featuring GIVĒON! Tickets are on sale now!

This award-winning, Grammy-nominated artist has just wrapped up Coachella and is now coming to the BEACH! You have heard his top hits “Heartbreak Anniversary,” “For Tonight,” “Peaches” with Justin Bieber and Daniel Caesar, and “Chicago Freestyle” with Drake. Now you can see him LIVE at the Walter Pyramid!

Here is what you need to know about the event!


Ticket Information

Student tickets are now available online while supplies last:

  • General (bleachers) = $20
  • Floor = $30 (SOLD OUT)

Faculty, staff and alumni tickets available May 5 at 10 a.m. (if available):

  • General = $40
  • Tickets sold in-person at the Walter Pyramid Ticket Office
  • Alumni must show proof of Long Beach State alumni status by presenting their past LBSU ID or a picture of their diploma.

Tickets are available for Long Beach State University only. No off-campus guests allowed.

  • Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
  • Headliner begins at 8:30 p.m.
  • Attendees must be 18+ years of age
  • To enter the event, attendees must bring: ticket, Long Beach State ID card and COVID-19 Pre-Screening green check mark (located in your CSULB Single Sign-On portal)
  • No video recording
  • No re-entry will be permitted

COVID-19 Safety and Requirements

  • Students, staff and faculty: Upon entry must present COVID-19 Pre-Screening green check mark (located in your CSULB Single Sign-On portal)
  • Alumni: Upon entry must show proof of vaccination, or a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of event
  • Non-vaccinated individuals must wear a mask while indoors.
  • Do not attend this event if you have symptoms of COVID-19, have recently tested positive for COVID-19, or if you were recently exposed to someone with COVID-19.

Please visit longbeachstate.com/studentlogin or the Walter Pyramid Ticket Office during business hours; Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. They accept cash, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
If you have never purchased something through the Athletics Ticket Website (basketball bus trip, maniacs membership, previous concert ticket), you must click the register button and then type in your student ID on the next page. If you have purchased something and cannot login, use the “forgot password” help button on the page.
Make sure you are logged in first and then click the “Student” tab at the top of the page again. You should see a tab for “Student Special Events” to click on and then see the concert on the next page.
Students are allowed to buy only one ticket for themselves. No guest tickets are permitted for the event.
Your ticket will be emailed to you after you have purchased it. You can either print the ticket or show it on your phone the night of the concert. The name on the ticket must match your student ID.
If you try to purchase a ticket online and your billing address does not match the card, you will receive a pending charge on your bank statement. This will fall off within seven business days and will not include a successful ticket purchase.

Yes, if tickets are still available starting May 5, they will be available only in-person with a valid staff/alumni ID shown. They are $40 each and only for general seating (bleachers).

No, seating is general admission per the price level. Seating in the venue is first come, first serve. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. the night of the concert.

The concert is only for those ages 18+ who are CSULB students, faculty, staff or alumni. No off-campus guests are permitted.

No video recording or re-entry will be permitted. All must follow the clear bag and prohibited items policy for the Walter Pyramid.

  • Bags that are clear plastics, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12"W x 12"H x 6"D
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. This can be carried separately or within a plastic bag
  • Diaper bags - infant for which bag is being carried must be present
  • All other bags are prohibited when entering Long Beach State Athletics Facilities

No, a campus parking pass is required. If you do not have a parking pass, a daily pass at the regular rate of $12 and can be purchased at the kiosk in the lots.
