Description

If you're looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle that is best suited for your needs, then you came to the right place! When it comes to our physical and mental well-being, a balanced diet can play a vital role in improving our health. Visit the Student Recreation & Wellness Center's (SRWC) Beach Balance throughout the spring semester and work one-on-one with a peer nutrition counselor to discover how you can incorporate holistic habits that work with your dietary preferences and individualized goals! Registration opens Feb. 19 and will close May 6. Please note that during spring break, appointments will not be available.

All nutrition counseling appointments* are FREE of charge and can be booked online through Acuity, in-person or over the phone at (562) 985 - 4794 during Beach Balance operating hours. Appointments must be made four days in advance with a completed intake form.

*Clients seeking counseling for an eating disorder or complex medical condition, will be referred to the university's Student Health Services.

For more information about our peer nutrition counseling services, please contact SS-BeachBalance@csulb.edu.
