This fall semester has been anything but ordinary. With attending classes on Zoom, working from home, and living in close quarters, it’s hard not to feel overwhelmed at times. Looking for a way to remedy that stress? Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at The Beach is here for you.

CAPS is offering free, drop-in mental health services for students. There are a variety of online programs to check out including group therapy, discussion groups, workshops and more.

Feeling anxious? There are multiple programs to help find your calm, cope with anxiety and relieve stress. Having trouble connecting with others over a screen? The enhancing relationships workshops and drop-in group spaces can help you build community and boost your mood.

Below is a flyer with information on some of the services CAPS offers. If you’re interested in joining a drop-in space, email the organizers on the flyer and they will provide you with the session details.

You are not alone at The Beach. Your mental well-being matters and it’s important to take care of yourself!
