Wondering what Long Beach State University (LBSU) resources are still available to you during the pandemic? We’ve compiled a list of our top 7 resources just for you.

Student Health Services (SHS): SHS has reopened their pharmacy and is offering a free walk in clinic. They also have telehealth services including emergency medical and mental health hotlines for students to use. Click here to read more on the programs and assistance they offer.
Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS): CAPS has a Virtual Mental Wellness Center that offers virtual drop-in support via Zoom. Additionally, they have on-call crisis counselors available, an online self-help resource library and virtual mental health workshops. Click here to look through the services on the CAPS website.
ASI Beach Pantry: The ASI Beach Pantry provides food items to students in need. They are hosting drive through pop up events for students to get free items each week. Click here for more LBSU food pantry resources!
Bob Murphy Access Center (BMAC): The BMAC is working remotely and you can schedule drop-in appointments via Zoom. Click here for the BMAC Student resources to help you today.
Career Development Center (CDC): The CDC is offering virtual services including one-on-one appointments, guidance workshops and career information sessions via Zoom. Click here to be redirected to the CDC website.
Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC): The SRWC has complied a full calendar of their ongoing health and wellness programs. These workshops are offered via Zoom and they include but are not limited to interactive classes like yoga, Zumba, painting, meditation and Pilates. Beach Pride Events (BPE): BPE has created monthly Zoom events for students to partake in. They host virtual DJ House parties, Poet’s Lounges, Game Nights and Trivia Nights. Click here to see the upcoming events you and your friends can enjoy virtually!
