ASI Beach Kitchen (located next to The Nugget) is hosting fun cooking demonstrations this semester featuring:

  • Global Grub Series – Travel the world without leaving campus! Explore diverse cuisines and cultures through simple, flavorful recipes from around the globe.
  • Eat Well, Live Well Series – Level-up your meals with tips for balanced eating! Learn how to build nutrient-dense plates, upgrade your drinks and add more whole foods to your day. No diets, just better choices.
  • Campus Cookin' – Easy ingredients, real meals, dorm approved. Discover creative, budget-friendly recipes using minimal equipment. Perfect for anyone with limited kitchen access.
  • Recipe Bag Fridays – Grab. Cook. Enjoy. Pick up a free recipe kit with pre-portioned ingredients and step-by-step instructions to make a delicious meal at home!
  • Beach Fuel – Fuel your body, Beach style! Learn quick, energizing snack and meal ideas that keep you powered through classes, workouts and everything in between.
