Description

Experience the Chinese practice of Qigong and allow it to calm and center you. Enjoy this moving meditation while admiring the beauty of our Japanese Garden over a cup of matcha. The first 50 participants will receive a FREE mug!

Please arrive by 6 p.m. if you wish to participate in the 20-minute qigong practice; otherwise, your spot will be given to a student in the standby line. Late arrivals will be granted access to the garden once the qigong portion of the event has concluded.

Registration is FREE through the SRWC GO app or by using the QR code on this poster. Spots are limited to the first 60 students who register. If you signed up but cannot attend, please cancel your reservation to give other students the chance to participate.
