Outdoor Adventure Trips: Spring Wellness Retreat

Description

Outdoor Adventure Trips are designed to give Long Beach State students fun and unforgettable experiences at various must-see destinations in the greater Southern California area. Activities include, but are not limited to, hiking, rock climbing, backpacking, surfing and paddleboarding.

Food, equipment and transportation are provided for all trips at no additional cost. Mandatory pre-trip meetings are required for all overnight trips.

Spring Wellness Retreat
March 15
8 a.m. to evening

Register by March 8 to escape the campus routine for a day of rejuvenation at the Spring Wellness Retreat at Lake Gregory with ROA & Beach Balance. The day will include mindful activities like yoga, journaling and a hike around the lake. In the afternoon, we'll end with qigong, reflection and connection. Lunch is provided and a Beach Balance hat will be gifted to all participants!

Cost: Student $30 | Non-student $60
Difficulty: Easy
