Womxn and Ally Night

Date

March 11

Location

SRWC Strength Floor

Time

5 to 7 p.m.

Description

Join the Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC) for Womxn and Ally Night—an inclusive, supportive space designed to help you build confidence and feel empowered on the Strength Floor.

Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to try something different, this event invites students of all gender identities and experience levels to explore fitness in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Participants will rotate through interactive stations led by SRWC staff, including a barbell station, HIIT station, kettlebell station, and hydration station, offering hands-on guidance and tips along the way.

The first 50 attendees will receive a FREE t-shirt, and students who RSVP are guaranteed a shirt. Shirts are also available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Come move, learn, and connect with fellow Beach students in a space centered on confidence, community, and inclusion.
