Description

Beach Team is an introduction to ASI and Student Government at LBSU and we provide leadership opportunities to all interested students. Our goal is to instill the values and practices of student government while promoting involvement in campus events, outreach and teamwork. At our weekly meetings, held Tuesdays at 2 PM in USU-304, we give students the tools they need to advance in ASI. The Beach Team program occurs only during the fall semester, so don't wait. What are some Beach Team activities?

  • Mentorship with student government leaders in various branches
  • Personal and professional development training
  • Collaborate on activities with Beach Pride Events
  • Help support ASI elections
  • Participate in team-building activities on campus
  • Work with other ASI programs, such as Beach Pride Events and 22 West
