Description

Finals season has arrived at Long Beach State University (LBSU) and performing self-care is more crucial than ever! Society tends to undervalue the benefits of self-care for the human body, especially during stressful situations. As the semester comes to a close, it's vital for our students to take time to de-stress in sustainable and productive ways.

In collaboration with Beach Balance, Student Health Services and the Office of Sustainability, Sustain U presents Rejuvenation Stations! During this event, students can learn sustainable ways to perform self-care with new and imaginative practices. Whether you want to learn how to choose eco-friendly products, utilize different outlets that reduce waste or even learn how to create your own environmentally-safe products, this event is perfect for you! Join us Dec. 1, from 2 to 4 p.m., at the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden to learn about the advantages of sustainable mental health!

All materials will be provided at no cost to LBSU students! If you wish to attend, RSVP through the CSULB Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden app, downloadable through the Apple Store and Google Play.
