You can find these nourishing services at the SRWC Beach Balance location during their hours of operation throughout the academic semester. These programs are designed to enhance your well-being and cater to your mind, body and spirit.

Meal Prep Monday:
Head to the SRWC Beach Balance for free, fruit-infused water and a snack*. Don’t forget your reusable water bottle!

Let the sounds of meditative music calm your nerves as you cuddle with a warm blanket and sway in a cozy hammock.
De-stress and unleash your creative side with our various coloring pages, markers and Play-Doh!
Take a new approach to self-care with sand therapy. Create miniature designs in Zen Garden trays with sand stamps, rakes and garden figurines. Free 10-minute chair massages provided on select days.
Stretch out your muscles and release any tight knots with our foam rollers, Thera Cane massagers and massage sticks. Expand your fitness repertoire with our fitness and yoga move of the week!
