Starting Feb. 16, students can book a FREE Wellness Coaching session at the Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC).
Meet one-on-one with a trained peer wellness coach to:
- Set meaningful personal goals
- Build and strengthen healthy habits
- Stay accountable throughout the semester
- Develop strategies for balance and well-being
Whether you're looking to improve time management, reduce stress, enhance fitness routines or create healthier daily habits, Wellness Coaching provides a supportive space to help you succeed.
Sessions are available by appointment and are free for currently enrolled students.
