Description

Long Beach State University’s (LBSU) first-ever Noche de Banda is more than just a celebration; it is a space where our Latinx students are seen, heard and celebrated. It serves as a powerful reminder that they have a vibrant community and a dedicated support system right here on campus. By proudly showcasing their culture and identity, students will forge the meaningful connections that define the Long Beach experience.

Get ready for an unforgettable evening filled with energy, rhythm and community pride! Banda Night is a student-run cultural event that showcases the vibrant sounds of regional latine music. Experience live Banda performances, dancing, and an atmosphere that brings everyone together—whether you’re a longtime fan or discovering the genre for the first time.

Presented by Latinx Student Union in collaboration with:

  • Hispanic Serving Institution Initiative
  • Latinx Resource Center
  • Housing & Residential Life
  • Beach Pride Events

Students can RSVP now on "Events & Orgs."
