Description

Journaling has many positive effects on our well-being. Join us on April 4 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. as we celebrate Love Your Body Week. Decorate your own journal and discover writing prompts that can help you gain increased self-confidence. Also join us for Outdoor Yoga from 5 to 6 p.m., followed by a Mindful Meditation session from 6 to 6:30 p.m.
